The adventures of Tigerpuss

Tigerpuss watched her digging at the end of his land.
"Curious" he thought in his regal yet kittylike manner.
She stood with a foot on either side of the giant fork and then jumped up and down. Next to her was the gift he had left for her by the fire. It had earned him extra kitty biscuits but what was she doing now. Tigerpuss licked his paw and washed his biscuity face. It hadn't quite earned him the tuna he desired.
Tigerpuss sat to attention, Miss kittymoma had finiished her digging. Mewing softly she had put the gift into the hole and was now covering it up with soil.
"mowh! These big cats are mriidiculous" he mewed. He gave a loud cry of discontent.
What a funny way to cook fresh robin. He had wanted her to enjoy the succulent morsel like he did. . .fresh, warm and all juicy.
"cooking" he mewed "they are always cooking."
He wasn't quite sure why she hadn't used the big white fire box. Tigerpuss soothed his own mind by deciding that she was obviously cooking it differently. Miss kittymoma must be using the slow special seasoned way and saving it for later.
Mmn earthcooked robin.
Tigerpuss felt suitably satisfied and allowed the sun to warm his beautiful self. Suddenly he looked up wild eyed. Mr Cherry Blossom was roaring with laughter at him. The wind whipped the fur on Tigerpuss' back and he ran up the tree.
"Never!" he mowed "Never!" Tigerpuss dug his claws deep into the bark.
"You shall never have dominion over me!"
The tree rustled in submission as the wind died down.
Happy in his royal appointment, Tigerpuss watched as Miss kittymoma walked back to the huge box they all slept in.
"What if she forgets where she's put it?" he meowed to Mr Cherry, his submissive throne. The little prince looked over to the place where miss kittymoma had been. He saw a little pile of stones and two funny sticky-up sticks.
"oh good." he mowed quietly and licked his lips.
