Todays restaurant was so posh that they had gone so far as to be decorative with the cutlery. Not realising this I instantly straightened my knife. Jamie pointed out that all the (incredibly good quality) knives were placed like this on each table. So i returned it to it's original position. Then, I took a photo to indulge my father's obsessive compulsive disorders. Enjoy.
