I found a fairy in my room,
She told me you'd sent her to me.
To sing me songs,To make a dance.
I loved her well my fairy fair.
But for fear of loosing her,
I pinned one wing,
To my long hair,
And all the while she flutters there.
Thanks for your gift of spritely care.
Wicked is as wicked does,
She cries into my ear,
I know I say and laugh and purr,
And you shall stay by me,
Right there!
