Here is where I sit after feeding the animals and lunching up the lunchables for the man. Dawn arrives and i watch her from my cozy station then I jump yoga wise into my day.
OK so today I jumped hot bath wise into my day and am now by the fire because it's bloody freezing.
But you know once I adjust to the cold climate I'll begin again with the stretching of body after the mind.
