Yesterday I purchased a bargain priced stab mixer (mixer plongeant). Jamie can't wait for the houmous I'm going to make. While staring in a bemused fashion at the slightly over ripe mango i bought the other day....I remembered.....

so I just rather deliciously devoured the mango, half a papya, a kiwi and half an orange.
All smoothied into a scrumptious babyfood like mush. Scrumdidlyumptious cries Mary Poppins and Ned.
Mmmmn a vitamin fuelled winter approaches.
