Truth not flimsyness.

When I felt bad my mum used to tell me to remember that feelings are not the truth. They are feelings. They are not true.
Truth is more than feeling.
Truth is real.
I cling to the truth.
I breathe it in.
It is like a warm dawn in my heart.
What a beautiful world, what a beautiful God.
What a beautiful wise little moma she was.

Therefore brothers stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work. 2 Thess 2v15-17
But the Lord is faithful who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.
2 Thess 3v3,5&16.
And with a big deep yoga type tummy sticking out breath.
I inhale, exhale and stride confidantly and happily into my awaiting day.
Actually I'm mostly going to drive into the day fill two baskets at (i luv)Lidl and pay Jamies speeding fine. But the first bit with all the striding was more poetic, the second half however was more truthful.
hmm truth and art, I think we'll save that little discussion for another day. Mustn't forget to blow up the tyre before setting off.....
