In my belly round
my baby mound
he loves to hear
the jingly sound
of our new blue bell
a bijou gift
from papa well found

happiness

image and text copyright and sole property of Jo Marsden

happiness for me is the simple things in life

hanging out white fresh washing in the sunshine

the sounds of birds

my kitties following me round the garden

the lush greenness and colours of garden life

sitting and reading, writing and listening

pieces of life and the gentleness therein

home and waddling around as i grow our baby

what a lovely year and a lovely day

Fairy dreams and elfin breath!

all images on todays blog entry copyright to Roxanne, of "Le Reve Brise"!

These gorgeous pieces of delightful bijous are hand made by the ever lovely Jan's sister. (Jan of Hazelnut cottage...see succulent sites and purchases! www.hazelnutcottage.etsy.com ) What a creative family they must be! I saw this small sample of loveliness and wanted to share it with my blog readers as they are just so gorgeous!
They are just sooo fairy and elfin like in jewellry quality! I'd feel like one wearing these. There are more delights to view , choose and purchase if your heart so desires a treat such as this if you go to roxannes new website www.lerevebrise.etsy.com ! I wish her all the best and succes on her new venture.
It must be so creatively inspiring to live in hawai'i!
One day we will go, me and my little family.....sail the seas to a new land. OK so we'll fly but its not quite so romantic sounding.

Trust

Image copyright to me, Jo Marsden. Todays text quoatations are taken from "Our Daily Bread" and written by Marvin Williams. The bible version I have used is "The Living Bible". Our daily bread is part of RBC ministries.

God has been calling me to trust Him over a certain issue and I have been stubbornly refusing. I know how dare I ? but we are stubborn human creatures are we not! So today I finally trusted Him over it and now I have to "wait". As thats what He says to do. So i wait. I am getting good practise at waiting. It sounds like such an easy thing to do but it isnt. But I am doing it.

Today's ODB was so direct i wanted to blog it.
Here are parts of it!

"Exodus 15v22-27.
....If you have a seemingly impossible need today, remember that the hand that supplied your greatest need-forgiveness of sin. is the same hand that can adequately supply all your needs.

TRUST HIM TO ACCOMPLISH THINGS THAT SEEM IMPOSSIBLE.
"When our problems overwhelm us,
God wants us to loook to HIM
He provides the right solutions-
lighting paths that once were dim"
poem by Sper. ODB.
Impossibilites compel us to rely on God"
How apt is all this when I have felt Him pulling and calling at my heart and repeatedly saying "trust me" so I am. I may have to give him the issue repeatedly as it comes to mind and therefore kind of continue to re-trust Him, but I will and I do.

the Sea

images and text copyright Jo Marsden

The sea the sea,
the inconstant sea,
bringing things in,
of stones,
and of weeds.
Hear the noise,
Hear the sounds,
Feel the breeze,
Feel the sands,
washed up,
washed out,
washed ashore,
washed clean,
within,
and without.

Plain clouds

copyright Jo Marsden
The fog in my mind
grows thicker and thicker
as my baby filled body
grows bigger and bigger
soon i will explode
and into the world
will pop our little nipper
my friendly tummy kicker

Bon nuit

images and words Copyright Jo Marsden

Pink sky at night
God given delight
Pink sky in the morning
the shepherds are yawning
A sign of the times
or colours just dawning?

honk honk

the 2 Jo's

todays photo taken by Jo Ingham!! and copyright to her. My words as usual, copyright to Jo Marsden.
See the turtle
He gurkles
across the vast sea
that God has created
For him, thee and me
He swims and he circles
amongst other life
some we havent seen
some crazy animanimals
teeming streaming without strife.
